On Friday, 12 January, students and PhD candidates of the Institute of European Studies of the Jagiellonian University gathered for an international conference on ‘heritage’, broadly understood. Co-organised by the European Studies Circle of the Jagiellonian University, this event was part of a broader project led by prof. Kinga by Anna Gajda entitled "The (non)commemoration of Heritage of Eastern Europe."

The intellectual exchange, the international conference titled "The (Non)commemoration of Heritage of Eastern Europe" has drawn to a close. Experts from universities, research institutions, cultural bodies, and non-governmental organizations across Eastern European countries convened to share their groundbreaking research findings (a.o. scholars from Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, and Poland (including representants institutes at the Faculty of International and Political Studies).
